Within 7 months CrossFit Panic has changed my whole lifestyle for the better, I never thought I could achieve what I have done so far! I couldn't think of anywhere better to train!
A newcomer to CrossFit - there are so many reason I already love this place. Every workout is scaled to challenge your own individual fitness & strength so every ability can train together. I love the varied sessions, every day is different and I am also enjoying learning new skills. Then there is the brilliant supportive atmosphere - everyone wants everybody to do well. I can't recommend highly enough!
I can honestly say this is the best! I was a regular gym goer attending spin classes, body pump and insanity and thought I was pushing myself to my limits. How wrong was I... I started CrossFit earlier this year and it has opened my eyes to what I can actually do and how adaptable my body is.
Unlike a traditional gym, everyone knows your name and you are made to feel part of the team from day one! The team atmosphere and enthusiasm in the box is what makes it! I love training here!
