CrossFit Panic is a training facility that combines functional movement, high intensity exercise and creative programming into a group coached environment.
The goal of our classes is to deliver you the best hour of your day. We do not just provide you with an extensive strength and conditioning programme, we also give you an experience that will keep you coming back for more!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Our training programme is constantly varied and we use functional/primal movements such as: Pulling, pushing, jumping, climbing, squatting, running and lifting.
Combining our effective programming with our highly skilled coaches we can build you into a stronger, healthier, fitter version of yourself ready to take on whatever the world has to throw at you.
We invest ourselves into each one of our members and are very experienced at training a vast diversity of ability. So your current fitness level is irrelevant, we will start you from where you are and build you up in a progressive manner.
