We offer one to one coaching to show you the ropes and prepare you for the group class experience.
Periodically we also put on a Fundamentals course.

You can sign up to a membership before booking your one to one PT or fundamentals course for a discounted price.
The Fundamentals course is ideal for beginners and teaches you all the basic techniques giving you a foundation and confidence for when you join our classes.
You will learn weightlifting movements with a variety of equipment such as deadlifts, presses, squats, cleans, snatches etc.
Gymnastic movements including pull ups, rope climbs and core control.
